Hanwell – Copley Close

The Hanwell – Copley Close area has approximately 9,611 residents, and it covers Copley Close, Gurnell Grove and Cuckoo Estate.

Copley Close properties were built in the 1960s and 1970s, the majority of which are medium-rise tenement blocks.  Gurnell Grove properties were also built in the 1960s and 1970s and they comprise a mixture of high-rise and medium-rise tower blocks.  Cuckoo Estate properties were built in the 1930s and 1940s and they comprise a mix of two-storey semi-detached and detached houses.
